About Me
My coaching ethos is to embrace variety and enjoy what you do
After several years in the corporate world finally took the plunge in 2012 and qualified as a fitness professional, Triathlon and strength and conditioning coach, setting up my own multisport business.
In 2018, myself and my business moved to Australia for 5 years, where I was mentored by Swim Smooth™ god of swimming, Paul Newsome.
I also learnt a different perspective to endurance triathlon coaching and started working with athletes remotely as a correspondance coach.
I'm now back in the UK, coaching at Hillingdon Triathletes, and building an even better multisport coaching business, focusing on swim technique and coaching. With 25 years of triathlon experience and 12 coaching, I'm here to help you!
There are 4 pillars to my coaching philosophy, which I firmly believe in:
-
Endurance
-
Strength
-
Rest & recovery
-
Fuel
Each one factors heavily in what I do and how I commumicate with clients and athletes.
